Patrick Weiss
Patrick Weiss has spent more than 20 years in the marine and RV industries, serving as a highly technical, hands-on advocate for his customers. He works tirelessly to understand customer needs and deliver successful outcomes by aligning solutions that best fit their requirements. Patrick thrives on helping customers succeed and grow, taking the time to fully understand their goals and challenges to create strong, collaborative, and effective relationships.
Prior to working with OEMs, Patrick built his foundation in marine sales at a boat dealership. He grew up on the water in Holland, Michigan, and earned his captain’s license after spending his college summers working at marinas—an experience that sparked his passion for a career in the marine industry. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys fishing and spending time on the water with his wife and two daughters.
